PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION

In 2010 I met Drew Cheney from Colusa through De Pue Rice manager John Cheney. Drew grew up in Colusa on a small walnut farm. Drew was an Ombudsman with PG&E and the Public Utilities Commission (PUC). We spent over a year educating high lever staff related to expensive complications associated with farming and biomass energy systems and cost.
